Billing and Payment
You agree to pay for the services you select in accordance with our pricing and billing policies. NetByteHost reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not made in a timely manner. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.
Refund Policy
This section describes NetByteHost’s 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Your satisfaction is our top priority and we’re confident you’ll be pleased with our services. Still, if you try us and decide your account does not sufficiently meet your needs, you can cancel within 7 days for a full refund.
Please note that our money-back guarantee only apply to shared hosting, reseller hosting, WordPress hosting or any form of web hosting, but does not apply to Dedicated server, VPS and most add-on products such as domain registration, ip address, whmcs license or any form of license, ssl certificate, siteLock, codeguard and email security services, given the unique nature of their costs and setup.
Termination of Services
NetByteHost reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Legal Agreement or is harmful to NetByteHost’s interests or the interests of other users.
Disclaimer of Warranties
NetByteHost provides its services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of our services. You agree that your use of our services is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
NetByteHost shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our services. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, and consequential damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hosting Hub and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of this Legal Agreement.
Governing Law
This Legal Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising from your use of our services shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in United Kingdom.
